How does this work?
It is really very simple.
The total package must always remain at AU$600,000.00 or below.
You are in control of the package you choose.
The options are as follows:

$50,000.00 Furniture Package
Your Dream Home up to $550,000.00
Plus up to $50,000.00 in legal and associated purchase costs
How does it all come together?
Lets say you found your dream home and the purchase price was $550,000.00.
We would write out the cheque and buy the home for you. We would then also pay up to $50,000.00 towards your Legal and other associated purchase costs*
What happens if my dream home is less than $550,000.00?
Well, lets say that your dream home was only $425,000.00.
We would write out the cheque for $425,000.00, put up to $50,000.00 towards the Purchase and legal costs,
And then you go shopping!
Shopping for up to $50,000.00 worth of new furniture.
You choose the store, you choose the furniture, and we pay up to $50,000.00 for you.
But wait, there's more!
Then we write you out another cheque to the maximum value of $50,000.00 for you!
To do with as you please.
Give it to a charity, pop it in the bank, go on a holiday, do the land scaping... Its your money, its up to you!
This package would only come up to maximum value of $575,000.00
Any package will come to the maximum value of AU$600,000.00
