- No payments will be made to any organisation or entity or individual that is involved in, may be involved or it may be suspected of being involved in any illegal or immoral activity as determined by ESUGA.
- Esuga reserves the right to publish or promote the details of payments made without publishing the actual account numbers
- You agree to be involved in and consent to having photographs and audio and video taken for future promotional use by ESUGA and Pro Legal.
